Do I need to open a bank account with FNBA in order to apply for a mortgage loan?

No. There is no requirement to open an account with FNBA in order to obtain a mortgage.  

What is an ITIN?

An ITIN, or individual tax identification number, is a number issued by the Internal Revenue Service to a person that is required to file a federal tax return but doesn’t have or isn’t eligible to have a social security number. ITIN’s are typically issued to an immigrant who is living and working in the United States legally, but is not a U.S. citizen.
